PRUPIM recruits Director of Institutional Business to spearhead growth plans

Real Estate Fund Manager PRUPIM has announced the appointment of Chris Nash as Director of Institutional Business.

Chris will oversee the development of new real estate fund products, as well as seeking to secure investment in existing funds, in line with PRUPIM’s strategy of growing its third party institutional funds under management.

Chris was previously a Director and Fund Manager at ING Real Estate. He has also  worked in the Treasury departments of  Amalgamated Metal Corps PLC and Arab Banking Corporation, and at Lend Lease Corp, the global property infrastructure group.

Martin Moore, Managing Director of PRUPIM, the Real Estate Fund Management arm of M&G Investments, said: “Chris has a proven track record in new business development, fund management and equity raising, and he will be a tremendous addition to the team as we seek to broaden our global business.”
