PRUPIM Strengthens Indirect Investment Team

Global real estate fund manager PRUPIM has announced the appointment of Isabelle Brennan to strengthen its indirect investment team. Isabelle will report to Indirect Investment Management Director Adrian Little.

Isabelle joins PRUPIM from Henderson Global Investors, where she was an Analyst within the Indirect Property Fund of Funds team.  She was educated at CASS Business School and Monash University in Australia.

Adrian said: “Our clients are increasingly seeing the diversification benefits of investing in indirect vehicles, particularly in specialist sectors and in international markets. Isabelle will bring additional expertise to PRUPIM’s investment management capability.

Isabelle said: ”As PRUPIM looks to expand its third party fund management business, I am excited by the potential this brings to the indirect sector which complements our direct property investment activities on a global scale.
