We believe that property markets can exhibit inefficiencies and, as such, prices may not always reflect fundamental value. By applying our research and analytical techniques to real estate investment markets, we believe that such imperfections within the property market can be exploited.

We also believe that, despite its particularities, property is not a ‘unique’ form of asset class and should be analysed by the same means and in the same language as other assets.

By using a disciplined approach to research, we can analyse the property market in direct comparison with other assets and thereby identify value. 

Property is a real asset which can be managed actively to increase real estate investment returns and/or reduce risk.
